Pet Policy

Gearhart Cottages is dog friendly and welcomes your “well-mannered and supervised” dogs. Sorry, cats are not allowed in any of the properties.

Guests are responsible for their dogs's behavior and must keep them under control throughout their stay. Our Cottages are family oriented, so in order to respect all guests, dogs are accepted subject to agreement to the following conditions in writing, at check in:

• Rate: $15 per dog, per night. Maximum 2 dogs per unit.

• Dogs must be on a leash while outdoors on our property; however, the city of Gearhart does not have a leash law.

• Walk your pooch off the premises and please be respectful of our neighbors. Pick up after your dog. We can provide plastic bags. Tie it off and deposit it in our garbage cans outside.

• If your dog has an accident on the premises, promptly clean it up.

•Dogs cannot be left unattended in the room or in your vehicle in the parking lot. Please keep your dog with you.

•Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning and/or damage caused by their pet.
